About Me

My photo
I have always loved everything related with Fashion and in the last 5-10 years I have become even more interested in how fashion and technology can work together. In 2004 I started a web site selling designer bags and apparel for less, and in 2008 I took some time off to have kids. I have now launched the first ever NYC sample Sale APP that notifies the user of any and all sample sales/major retail sales within 1 mile of the user's location. User's can let the APP tell them where they can save up to 80% on all their favorite brands like, Prada, Fendi, DVF, Theory and so much more.

Just had a baby!

On Sunday April 4th at 4PM our little girl Adriana was born. This birth wasn't as bad as my son's which took almost 36 hours of labor before he was born. The past week has been filled with late night feedings, catching up on sleep, and trying to organize the day with two kids now. In some sense it's a bit easier because you're not as cautious about everything but on the other hand dealing with a toddler and a newborn on totally different schedules is difficult at times. At least my 2 year old goes to daycare during the day! I have to say I don't know how the SAHM do it with all the kids at home and with no help. It's the most exhausting task there is! I used to be a real estate agent and when I started I would literally be walking around NYC in the heat and bitter cold taking clients to see cheap apartments that had no elevators and were sometimes 4-5 flight walk ups. I thought there was nothing more tiring than that but I was wrong, being with kids all day is 10 times more exhausting! At least when I got home from work I could put my feet up and go to bed without being woken up several times throughout the night. Ahhhh to sleep straight through the night.... I don't even remember what that's like.

Alright enough complaining... I will try and write at least once a week if not more. In the meantime here's some cute pics of "baby sissy!"

  1. Congratulations!!!! Luv the hair pic in the middle! It's alot to work being a SAHM,
there's no lunch breaks or down time. Hopefully though you will get them on a similiar routine and that might make life a little easier! Good Luck!

  2. Thanks! I can imagine the work you have with 4 kids at home. Being a SAHM is a 24/7 job that most people don't realize. Please post any advice you may have about raising a toddler and a newborn.
    What are your kid's ages?

  3. My kids are 8, 6, almost 4, and 17 months!! Crazy!! The biggest advice I can give you is don't kill yourself try to do everything and please everyone!! There will be days where you have to say, "do I do laundry?" or play with my son for a little bit. I had to learn that somethings can wait, especially if it's goona help my sanity! Laundry, and dishes will be there forever, BUT your babies are only babies once!
